Choose our simplySwift service and we will:

• Discuss the objectives of your survey with you and agree which type of survey will be appropriate.
  
• Build the questionnaire for you, using your questions or suggesting questions. We will discuss and confirm the wording with you.
  
• Send you the completed questionnaire for you to check and test.
  
• Provide you with the URL, which is the unique web location address for your survey. You can then either incorporate this into an e-mail or embed it in your website.
• You will be able to view and print the results of your survey on-line as they come in. simplySwift shows you the responses in numbers, percentages and bar charts. You can export the data into Excel if you wish to perform further analysis or reporting.
