Kathy Strong - HR Consultant
 Kathy Strong is a qualified counsellor, hypnotherapist and coach. She works with companies and organisations of all types and sizes to improve the well-being, skills and motivation of their people. She also has extensive experience in marketing - sales strategies, sponsorship, promotions and direct mail.
Kathy provides a wide range of services in the areas of HR, consultancy, sponsorship, training and development. She runs NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner Certification programmes. Her clients range from independent business owners seeking to improve their communication skills to blue chip companies who want the very best training for their staff.
From a very young age, Kathy was insatiably curious about people: why and how they did the things they did, how they could improve their lives and achieve their goals. She has studied and worked with some of the greatest names in personal mastery and health - Dr Wayne Dyer, Dr Deepak Chopra, Dr John Gray, and many other innovators in that field.
Kathy is a firm believer in the importance of people in companies and organisations. People are the greatest asset of an organisation, yet they do not appear on the balance sheet. Imagine if you had to capitalise the value of just one year's payroll on your balance sheet - how would that change your attitude towards looking after them? The first thing you might do is to find out how they feel about themselves, their role in the organisation and the organisation itself. Kathy has used survey techniques extensively over many years for this purpose.
